Solid compounds for manual and robot use

Abrasive emulsion are great for metal polishing and finishing. They are available with densities and variable characteristics depending on their use.

Polishing solid compounds TS (group of abrasive compounds)

Polishing solid compounds, used for roughing-out process of metals; according to their method of use, they are divided into manual compounds, if they are sprinkled manually by the operator on the wheels, or into compounds available in different sizes, if they are automatically positioned by the robots on the wheels.
Our products range from less expensive and widely used compounds, usually used for roughing-out processes of common metals, such as steel, aluminum, brass and iron, until more exclusive and sought-after compounds, used by goldsmiths for polishing process of precious metals, such as silver and gold.
In addition, according to their composition, the different types of compounds are used with different types of wheels; if the compounds are very fat, they are utilizied with sisal wheels, while the less fat ones are associated with cotton wheels, resinated or natural.

Finishing solid compounds LS (group of abrasive compounds)

Finishing solid compounds, used for metal finishing processes ; according to their method of use, they are divided into manual compounds, if they are sprinkled manually by the operator on the wheels, or into compounds available in different sizes, if they are automatically positioned by the robots on the wheels.
Our products range from less expensive and widely used compounds, usually used for polishing processes of common metals, such as steel, aluminum, brass and iron, until more exclusive and sought-after compounds, used by goldsmiths for finishing process of precious metals, such as silver.
Unlike polishing (cutting) compounds, the finishing ones are generally utilized with cotton wheels, as they are less aggressive and, therefore, more suitable for the finishing processes.
Included into the group of the finishing compounds, in addition, there are many types for the first step of finishing, while other more expensive types, allow the so-called “final finishing”, that means the completion of the brightening of the metal.
